Gotham Brokerage needed a full website revamp.

Their design and branding were both outdated and their existing navigation didn’t make for a very approachable user experience.

After carefully considering the ways visitors interacted with the site, I reorganized and consolidated the site’s navigation tree, improving the flow and reducing friction. I also replaced the color scheme with a more welcoming blue and updated the brand's typeface, fully redesigning the site with a fresh, modern look.
