Franchise Website Redesign & Booklet

Publication Design

With their franchise site generating few leads, A&W decided it was time for a change. The site wasn’t intuitive to use and information was poorly organized. They wanted an exciting new design that also served to improve navigation and usability.

My goal was to design something that felt fresh and a little modern without straying too far from their warm and nostalgic brand aesthetic. Using data from heat mapping and user research, I created a fully responsive design that makes it easy for visitors to find the information they need and engage with A&W’s team.

Information Booklet

Many prospective franchisees wanted something they could reference at their leisure, without having to hop online. I designed the booklet both in print format and downloadable PDF, using copy provided by the client that emphasized A&W’s rich history, as well as their recent successes and vision toward the future.
