Franchise Website Redesign

Little Caesar’s US franchise site had been neglected. The design needed a refresh, the copy needed significant updates or changes, and the client wanted to add several new features such as an interactive map and a charities section. Additionally, usability wasn’t ideal and could do with improvements.

The goal was to do a complete overhaul with the desired changes while tweaking existing features to improve conversions — all without bloating the simple, single-page website.

The Form

Little Caesars was eager to improve the quality of their conversions. Rates of inquiry were high, but many prospects did not fully meet their requirements or were not ready to commit. Using past data and focusing on the variables that had consistently resulted in successful sales, I designed a new two-part form that acts as a barrier to overly-casual inquiries while still being easy to use and visually digestible to visitors.

The Map

Another major priority was building a franchise location map, a way for prospective franchisees to easily view available opportunities throughout the country. The color guide provides a quick and simple first impression, while clicking on any state or using the drop-down menu will list more specific opportunities along with information about the Franchise Development Manager for that region.
